The MLK Day of Service cleanup originally scheduled for Saturday, January 19 has been postponed to Saturday, February 2 due to inclement weather. Presented by Mobile United Natural Resources Committee and community partners, the MLK Day of Service brings together members of the community to make a change in our environment. This event is open to the public and leverages the strength of local citizens to tackle the problem of litter and debris from Mobile waterways.

The MLK Day of Service is a community cleanup at Three Mile Creek. We will gather litter and debris from our waterways and surrounding areas to provide a cleaner community for all. We are looking for dedicated members of the community that want to help bring about change and provide our area with clean air, clean water, and healthy communities.

We encourage everyone to bring their own canoe and kayak if you have one. We will have a limited supply for use. If you would like to RSVP to use a canoe or kayak, fill out the form below.
